동작구 보건소 복합개발사업_Dongjak-gu Public Health Center Mixed-Use Development

공공과 주거, 복지와 상업이 서로 단절되지 않고 하나의 도시 흐름 안에서 연결되는 새로운 복합 도시 모델을 제안합니다. 특히 고밀도의 도시 환경 속에서 수직적으로 중첩되는 프로그램과 보행 네트워크에 주목하며, 단순한 건축물 계획을 넘어 도시의 공공성과 커뮤니티를 회복하는 방향에 집중합니다. 입면을 따라 형성되는 녹색 공간과 열린 공공영역은 경직된 도시 풍경 사이에 새로운 관계와 일상의 흐름을 만들어내며, 지역의 새로운 도시 인프라로 기능하는 복합개발의 가능성을 탐구합니다.

This project proposes a mixed-use urban model in which public, residential, welfare, and commercial programs are integrated within a single continuous urban system rather than separated into isolated functions. The design focuses on vertically layered programs and interconnected pedestrian networks within a high-density urban condition, exploring how different functions can coexist efficiently within one structure. Green terraces and open public spaces integrated into the façade introduce outdoor resting areas and visual openness into the dense urban fabric, while extending pedestrian activity vertically throughout the building. The project investigates the potential of mixed-use development as a new form of urban infrastructure that combines public facilities, senior housing, and community programs within a single architectural framework.
