경산시 노유자 시설_Gyeongsan Senior Care Facility

노년의 삶은 보호받아야 하는 시간이 아니라, 여전히 일상이 이어지는 삶의 과정입니다. 본 프로젝트는 요양시설을 사람과 자연, 그리고 관계가 함께 살아가는 작은 공동체로 바라보며 시작됩니다. 건물은 중앙의 ‘포시즌 중정’을 중심으로 구성됩니다. 하늘과 빛, 바람이 수직으로 스며드는 중정은 각 층의 생활과 시선을 연결하며, 입소자들이 서로의 존재를 자연스럽게 느끼고 교류하게 만듭니다. 순환형 동선과 커뮤니티 공간은 단조로운 시설의 복도를 일상의 산책로로 변화시키고, 사계절의 풍경은 매일의 삶 속에 천천히 스며듭니다.

Aging is not a period that merely requires protection, but a continuing process of everyday life. This project begins with the idea of a care facility as a small community where people, nature, and relationships coexist together. The building is organized around the central “Four Seasons Courtyard.” As light, air, and sky penetrate vertically through the courtyard, it visually and spatially connects each floor, allowing residents to naturally sense one another’s presence and engage in everyday interaction. Looped circulation and communal spaces transform monotonous institutional corridors into pathways of daily movement and encounter, while the changing scenery of the four seasons slowly permeates everyday life.
