프라이빗 힐링 & 웰니스를 지향하는 동해 망상1지구를 통해 3세대 리조트의 미래를 디자인하고, 주요 타겟층인 프리미엄 고객을 분석하여 High-End & Luxury Village의 3가지 전략을 수립합니다. 또한, 프리미엄 고객들의 다채로운 삶을 품은 목가적인 풍경, 동해의 새로운 빌리지를 제안하며, 동해 망상1지구만의 자연 속 힐링 프로그램을 통한 One & Only Experience를 구현하였습니다.

Through this project, aiming for private healing and wellness, we will design the future of 3rd generation resorts and analyze premium customers, which are major targets, to establish three strategies: High-End & Luxury Village. In addition, we proposed Donghae's new village, an idyllic landscape with a variety of lives for premium customers, and realized One & Only Experience through Donghae's healing program in nature.
