남산 포레스트 하우스 _ Namsan Forest House

서울을 대표하는 산이자 서울시의 허브인 남산 숲속에 위치한 본 건물은 위치적으로 도심의 이점과 동시에 자연을 갖고 있다. 이러한 위치적인 이점을 극대화 하는 방안으로 사면을 통해 남산의 사계절을 느낄 수 있도록 각층마다 독립된 세대를 두었으면, 각 세대에는 각 세마다 계획된 목재 데크에서 휴식과 조망을 하고, 5층의 2세대를 제외한 각 세대마다 다양한 취양을 고려하여 유니트 및 복층형등 특색 있는 조닝으로 계획 되어 져 있다. 경사지에 순응하기 위한 단면계획과, 각 세대들에게 텃밭을 제공하여, 도심속이지만 채소 등을 재배해 먹을 수 있게 하였으며, 입주민들의 파티와 다양한 커뮤니티활동을 할 수 있는 공간이 5층 옥상에 계획 되어져있어 입주민의 친목을 다질 수있게 하였다. 또한 각세대마다 3.5대 이상의 주차대수를 갖도록 계획 하였다.

Located in Namsan Forest, Seoul's representative mountain and hub, this building has the advantages of the city center and nature. As a way to maximize this positional advantage, if you set up an independent household on each floor so that you can feel the four seasons of Namsan Mountain through the slope, each household will rest and view on the wooden deck planned for each household, and each household will have a unique zoning such as units and maisonette type. A cross-sectional plan to adapt to the slope and a home garden are provided to each household so that they can grow and eat vegetables in the city center, and a space for residents to have parties and various community activities is planned on the roof of the 5th floor to deepen residents' friendship. We also planned to have more than 3.5 parking units per household.
