신세계 타운 사업제안 _ Shinsegae Town Project Proposal

서울 중구 본점 일대를 쇼핑과 문화를 한꺼번에 즐길 수 있는 "신세계 명동 타운"으로 만드는 프로젝트로 옛 제일은행 본점 건물과 함께 일대를 역사·문화·쇼핑을 원스톱으로 즐길 수 있는 랜드마크로 제안한다.
백화점은 판매 상품 특성상 복합쇼핑몰과 달리 브랜드 헤리티지(역사)가 소비 심리에 많은 영향을 미치는 곳으로 역사와 전통이 살아 숨 쉬는 공간으로 서울의 대표적인 랜드마크가 될 것이다.

It is a project to make the Jung-gu headquarters area of Seoul into Shinsegae Myeongdong Town where you can enjoy shopping and culture at once, and we propose the area as a landmark where you can enjoy history, culture, and shopping at one stop along with the former Cheil Bank headquarters building.
Department stores, unlike complex shopping malls due to the nature of their products, will be a place where brand heritage (history) has a lot of influence on consumer sentiment and will be a representative landmark of Seoul as a space where history and tradition live.
